EasySep™ Human Basophil Isolation Kit（ST-17969）は、ヒト末梢血の多形核細胞リッチフラクションから、好塩基球をネガティブセレクションで単離するキットです。不要な非好塩基球は、抗体複合体とデキストランコートした磁性粒子で標識します。標識した細胞はEasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。不要な細胞がチューブ内に留まり、好塩基球は溶液を流し出して新しいチューブに回収します。
本品は、新鮮末梢血からHetaSep™ (ST-07906) による沈降で調製した細胞にご利用いただけます。
本品は、EasySep™ Human Basophil Enrichment Kit (ST-19069) の後継品で、より速く細胞を分離できます。

Starting with HetaSep™-processsed human peripheral blood, the basophil content (CD45+CD123+IgE+) of the isolated fraction is typically 94.0 ± 2.5% (mean ± SD using the purple EasySep™ Magnet). In the above example, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions are 0.86% and 95.6% (gated on CD45+), respectively.
