EasySep™ Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit II（ST-17663）は、ビオチン標識抗体でラベルされたヒトの細胞をポジティブセレクションで単離するキットです。
目的の細胞を、ビオチンおよびデキストランコートされた磁性粒子を認識する抗体複合体で標識し、EasySep™ magnetでカラムを使用せずに分離します。不要な細胞を流し出して除去し、目的の細胞がチューブ内に留まります。
本品は、EasySep™ Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit（ST-18553）の代替品です。
磁性粒子の付いていない高純度な細胞を回収したい場合、EasySep™ Release Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit（ST-17653）をご利用ください。

Starting with human PBMCs, the purities of the start and final isolated fractions in the above example are 60% and 97.4%, respectively, using a biotinylated anti-human CD3 antibody and EasySep™ Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit II (as assessed using a PE-conjugated anti-human CD3 antibody).
